Spring Athletic Registration is open on FamilyID.
Your athlete is required to have the registration completed once during high school.
Please choose the sport you are planning on playing Spring Sports to your account.
ATHLETIC FEES
Athletic / Activity Administrative fee $30.00 fee
One-time fee per student per year (NON-REFUNDABLE).
(All sports, Cheer, Dance, Honors Wind Ensemble, Honors Master Choir)
Funds to be used at the Athletic/Activities Director’s discretion for program enhancement, facility/equipment/technology needs, and special projects.

Sports Physical Information
Must have a current physical in the Accounting office before being cleared to participate.
The athlete is not eligible to practice unless the physical form is signed by a medical provider and turned into the OCHS Athletic Office.
